5.  Design houses and obtain building consent approval.

6. Construct public drains ,common driveway and vehicle crossing to obtain 224c.This will enable the client to obtain titles(note we could help the client to install power,telecom and water by applying to the respective authorities).

7. Construct new dwelling (houses) from earth works to fully finished house key given.
